One of the most useful key for me to access the Quick Link menu is by pressing Windows logo key + X. The menu will give you links to your tools like control panel, mobility center, elevated command prompt, disk management, device manager and more. You may also access the Quick Link menu using your mouse by right clicking on the lower left corner of your screen in Windows 8 and right clicking the start button in Windows 8.1
Windows 8.1 is here!
